SCOTTIE SCHEFFLER has revealed his Masters Champions Dinner menu ahead of golf's biggest tournament next month.

With the Masters right round the corner, fans are always eagerly awaiting the release of the menu for one of the most prestigious events in the golfing calendar.

The 73-year-old tradition sees last year's winner choose their own menu to host all previous champions and the Augusta National chairman at a dinner in the clubhouse on the Tuesday before the first major of the year.

Previous editions have seen Tiger Woods serve up burgers, fries and milkshakes and Bubba Watson dish his competitors mac and cheese and confetti cake with ice cream.

Now Scheffler, who is hosting the dinner for a second time after Masters wins in 2022 and 2024, has been teased for serving up a menu fitting of chain restaurant TGI Fridays.

The world number one has chosen appetizers of cheeseburger sliders and firecracker shrimp.

And in a nod to his recent hand injury - in which he cut open his palm while trying to roll out ravioli dough with a wine glass - Scheffler will also be serving up meatball and ravioli bites.

Winners can then look forward to Texas-style chilli, wood-fired ribeye steaks and blackened redfish.

Before finishing off with a warm chocolate chip skillet cookie and vanilla ice cream.

As delicious as it all sounds, it didn't stop golf fans from weighing in with their thoughts on the menu online.

One wrote: "This is basically just a TGI Fridays menu, and I’m totally here for it."

While another added: "This boy is from Texas alright."

A third commented: "I bet those meatball & ravioli bites are world changing".

And a fourth posted: "The warm chocolate chip skillet cookie is so elite i can’t even stand it.

"I’ve long maintained that the fact this dessert isn’t on more menus is one of the great crimes against humanity."

Fans and players are now gearing up for the Masters to get underway on April 10.

Scheffler will remain a favourite given his dominance in recent years, and could become just the ninth player to don the Green Jacket for a third time.

While Rory McIlroy will be feeling confident of finally putting an end to his 11-year wait to complete his career Grand Slam after winning The Players Championship last week.
