RYAN BERTRAND could be on his way back to Chelsea after telling his Southampton team-mates he is likely to leave.
The left-back - who still lives in hometown London - won the Champions League with the Blues in 2012 before joining the Saints.
And claims Stamford Bridge chiefs are plotting a return, with Liverpool also in the mix.
