Milan were left shell-shocked when Donnarumma rejected a new contract offer in the week.
The academy product, who made his senior debut aged 16, has just one year left on his current deal and is now facing a San Siro exit.
Real Madrid are believed to be keen, as are big-spending French giants Paris Saint-Germain.
Juve general manager Beppe Marotta admits the Italian champs may end up targeting 18-year-old Donnarumma instead as the legendary Gianluigi Buffon prepares to enter his final season before retirement.
Juventus are the first to confirm their interest, with Marotta revealing: “Juve have every right examining the opportunities open to them.
