Ex-Manchester United flop Memphis Depay releases bizarre new rap single with Dutch team-mate Quincy Promes
Lyon winger has made the most of his free time while he enjoys the off season in LA
MEMPHIS DEPAY'S football career may have fallen flat but the ex-Manchester United flop has tried his hand at a new passion.
The Holland international has released a bizarre new rap single with international compatriot Quincy Promes.
The 23-year-old took to Instagram on Tuesday to tease that the duo would release their first single on Friday.
And the wait was finally over for his fans when he uploaded his video called 'LA Vibes Freestyle 1.0' onto Youtube.
Depay is currently enjoying his summer in Los Angeles following his debut campaign with French side Lyon.
Wearing large gold chains, the video begins with the pair sitting and laughing on a luxury Rolls Royce before putting their jewellery on top of the car.
Depay then starts rapping before the animated Promes, who plays for Russian club Spartak Moscow, takes over to see it out.

Fans have taken to Twitter to share their views on the single... and it's received mixed reviews.
One person bluntly said: "I'm glad you left, this is absolutely tragic."
Another fan wrote "Why do I still follow you" whilst another believes he is better than rap legend Tupac by writing "Depay > Tupac."
Depay joined Old Trafford in a £25million move in 2015 but flopped miserably during his time in Manchester.
In January he joined Lyon for around £17m and scored five goals in 12 starts.
