NEWCASTLE will face competition from a number of clubs for the signature of Lucas Perez this summer, according to the 28-year-old's agent.
Following a frustrating first term with Arsenal, the Spaniard is keen to move away in the hunt for first-team football.
The 28-year-old's agent, Rodrigo Fernandez Lovelle, has claimed that several clubs have voiced their interest in the Spain international.
Fenerbahce, Sevilla, Deportivo La Coruna and Newcastle are among the sides scrambling for the Spaniards signature.
Perez has handed in his formal transfer request at Arsenal after struggling for game time under the management of Arsene Wenger.
Lovelle said: "There is a lot of interest in the French league, the Turkish league, the Premier League, the Bundesliga.
"Fenerbahce are the most serious and we have been in talks for two months.
"It's normal, we're talking about an Arsenal player who did not play a lot there but he's the only one who scored in four competitions," confirmed
Newcastle are keen to seal the deal for the wantaway striker, but his agent believes the £13.5million price tag is too steep.
Lovelle told : "€15m (£13.4m) is an expensive price."
Rafa Benitez is yet to put in an official offer for the 28-year-old, who scored seven goals for Arsenal last season.
Arsene Wenger has urged the forward to stay and battle for his position at the Emirates next term.
