NEYMAR scored and made another goal as he enjoyed a dream debut for Paris Saint-Germain.
While his old team Barcelona were fighting it out with Real Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup, the £198million superstar was tearing it up at the 18,000-seater Stade de Roudourou against Ligue 1 minnows Guingamp.
He was targeted for some rough treatment early on from Marcus Coco and Jordan Ikoko.
But he got his own back on Ikoko in the 52nd minute, with his marauding presence forcing the defender to plant the ball past his own keeper from ten yards.
Neymar then produced a wonder pass to set up Edinson Cavani to make it 2-0.
And the 700 away fans got what they came for when Cavani teed up Neymar for a simple tap-in to seal a 3-0 win.
Guingamp is a tiny backwater Brittany town of just 7,000 – two and a half times smaller than the capacity of the Stade Roudourou.
The region is better known for campsites and crepes – and Neymar could have been playing in an El Clasico against Real Madrid last night had he stayed in Spain.
But the ground was packed and the 25-year-old started on the left behind Cavani, with former Manchester United winger Angel Di Maria on the right.
PSG team-mate Thiago Silva reckons Neymar can win the Ballon D’Or in France, and away from Lionel Messi.
