And obviously some are impressed with how things are going.

William Hill have once again been forced to take evasive action and have cut the price of Conor McGregor beating Floyd Mayweather from 4/1 to 7/2.

Just over 80 per cent of all bets have been for the Irishman in a fight that William Hill alone expect to turnover £10 million.

William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams: “It is one way traffic for Conor McGregor, who is definitely winning the war of words as we get closer to the fight.

“If McGregor wins it will almost certainly be the worst result we have ever had, even surpassing Frankie Dettori’s ‘Magnificent Seven’ victory in 1996.”

SunSport recently reported how McGregor will carry on boxing after his billion-dollar fight with Floyd Mayweather.

The UFC’s golden boy has vowed to dominated both combat sports, beyond his August 26 showdown with the undefeated icon.

Two-weight UFC king McGregor – who started his combat career at the Crumlin boxing gym – said: “I love the sport of boxing.

“Boxing has been dear to my heart my whole, entire life.

“I will compete in boxing bouts going forward, and I will contend in mixed martial arts bouts going forward.

“I will rule both with an iron fist, and that’s where my mind-set is.

"I will have fun. I like it over this side. It’s good. The build-up is good, the preparation is good.

“I love the sport of boxing, I love the sport of mixed martial arts.

“I just love fighting. So wherever there’s a fight, you’ll see me.”
