SAVANNAH MARSHALL kicked off the undercard for the biggest and most lucrative night in boxing with a comprehensive victory over Sydney LeBlanc.
The 26-year-old won on a unanimous decision with all three judges scoring the bout 40-36.
With her stock on the rise, Marshall's story is far from run-of-the-mill.
Where is Savannah Marshall from?
Known as the Silent Assassin, Marshall is from Hartlepool, County Durham.
Before she turned professional after being snaffled up by Mayweather Promotions in May, the Silent Assassin was preparing to work as a PE teacher in her hometown.
Earlier this year she had considered quitting the sport to concentrate on education full-time.
What else has Marshall achieved in boxing?
Marshall is a former world amateur champion after winning Gold in 2012 in Qinhuandago, the UK's first.
On her way to victory she defeated American Claressa Shields, the brilliant American two-time Olympic gold medallist. She remains the only person to do so.
She also won Gold at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, beating Canada's Ariane Fortin.
