Neymar and Edinson Cavani can’t meet eye-to-eye during frosty PSG training session
NEYMAR'S spat with Edinson Cavani over a penalty against Lyon has caused major controversy within the PSG camp.
The two players still can't appear to get along, even though Neymar has now been named in the squad for Wednesday's Champions League clash.
The Brazilian's return for the Bayern Munich match has reignited the debate of who will take a penalty if they are awarded one during the group B clash at Parc des Princes.
During a victory against Lyon, Neymar tried to take a penalty ahead of Cavani - who ended up missing from the spot.
PSG's assistant sporting director Maxwell and the Qatari president Nasser Al-Khelaifi also arrived to the training camp ahead of the Champions League fixture.
Cavani has reportedly snubbed an £880,000 bonus to allow his striking partner to take penalties.
Neymar, who completed a world-record £198m move to PSG this summer, missed the club's 0-0 draw against Montpellier at the weekend due to a foot injury.
Prior to the penalty bust-up, Edinson Cavani was reported to have took a dig at Neymar regarding ex-Barcelona team-mate Lionel Messi.
French giants chief Unai Emery told a news conference: "Neymar is in the squad to play the game tomorrow.
"Edinson and Neymar are ready. There will be plenty of penalties and both will benefit from that. I have spoken with both of them.
"I have told them how things will work from here."
Angel Di Maria is also expected to return for the French outfit for the first time since he picked up an injury while on international duty.
