The 23-year-old signed a new five-year contract last year, which would keep Belotti at the club until 2021.
That deal included an £89m release clause if a bid came in from a non-Italian side.
Torino will be hoping a new contract, worth an extra £2.6m per annum for the player, would tempt Bellotti to stay at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino.
The Italian was reportedly Antonio Conte's top target, along with Alvaro Morata.
Now Diego Costa has finally negotiated his long-awaited transfer to Atletico Madrid, Belotti will be back in his sights.
The young forward has already hit the ground running this season with five goals in eight games so far.
Manchester United are also reportedly on the prowl for a possible partner for Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku.
