Real Madrid in trouble with La Liga after fan chants ‘calling Barcelona star Lionel Messi re****ed’

Galacticos supporters are being investigated for derogatory chants about Barca's Argentinian legend

REAL MADRID fans have been blasted by La Liga for reportedly calling Lionel Messi 're****ed' and Gerard Pique an 'a**hole'.

These chants came about during Barca's 3-0 demolition of their bitter rivals in December at the Bernabeu.

In the Spanish League's disciplinary issue report for matchdays 17 and 18 they focused on specific chanting during last year's El Clasico.

The report states that in the 64th minute around 1,000 home fans situated in the Bernabeu's north stand chanted "Messi, Messi, re****ed" for 10 seconds.

Later in the match, other Galacticos supporters aimed their attentions at Spaniard Gerard Pique.

They chanted: "Pique, you a**hole, Spain is your country."

Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi and full-back Aleix Vidal all got on the scoresheet as Barca humiliated Madrid in their own home.

After their 3-0 win over Levante on Sunday, the Catalans lead La Liga by nine points, with Atletico Madrid in second.

Barcelona are a massive 16 points ahead of Real as they continue to dominate the league this year - and will only be boosted by the signing of Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool.

Real have a chance to claw back some ground with their game against Villarreal at home on Saturday.
