GARETH BARRY has listed his 30 acre mansion including 13 private stables and seven bedrooms on the market for a whopping £4.5million.

The English midfielder's estate is kitted out with an outdoor tennis court and huge 3500 square foot former aircraft hangar.

Set in 30 acres of land in Sproston, Cheshire, the mansion is just a 35 minute drive away from Everton's training ground, Finch Farm.

Since joining West Brom at the beginning of this season - after 132 appearances for the Toffees - the midfielder will be looking for a home nearer his new club.

Barry could sleep in a different bedroom every night of the week with seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms and five reception rooms.

The 36-year-old recently overtook Ryan Giggs' record for the most Premier League appearances - with 649 games under hit belt.

Barry played for Aston Villa over 350 times before moving to Manchester City, then he was off to Merseyside to play for Everton before ending up at West Bromich Albion.

The former-England international appeared for the Three Lions over 53 times - and shows off some of those caps in his games room.

If he wants to kick back and watch a film - forget having a TV - Barry has access to a home cinema with reclining leather chairs and a projector screen.

And if he's spent too much time looking at screens, the 36-year-old can go to one of his 13 stables and set off on a leisurely horse ride.
