Katie Walsh secured victory aboard Relegate in what will round off an emotional day for her.
Earlier she was forced to help her brother Ruby off the track after he suffered a suspected broken leg.
His horse, Al Boum Photo, had come down in the RSA Novices' Chase, and ended up rolling onto him.
But Katie did her brother proud in the final race of the day, the Champion Bumper, to produce 25/1 shot Relegate at just the right time.
Trainer Willie Mulluns trained the first three in the placings - Relegate, Carefully Selected at 6/1 and Tornado Flyer at 14/1.

4:50 Juvenile Handicap Hurdle
Gordon Elliott completed his treble of winners on day two of Cheltenham as Veneer Of Charm won the Juvenile Handicap Hurdle.
Speaking after watching his horse come home, the trainer said: "We thought Mitchouka would be the one but this is just amazing.
"Yesterday I was thinking about getting a Ryanair flight home, but today has been brilliant."

Tiger Roll once again showed his love for Cheltenham with another victory at his favourite track.
Gordon Elliott's eight-year-old added the National Hunt Chase to his previous successes in the same race last year and the Triumph Hurdle in 2014.

3:30 Queen Mother Champion Chase
Altior steamed to victory put aside any injury worries in the Queen Mother Champion Chase.
Earlier in the week trainer Nicky Henderson revealed the horse was lame and had puss in his foot.

2.50 Handicap Hurdle
Mark Walsh picked up a spare ride on Bleu Berry - and ended up winning a dramatic Handicap Hurdle.
In the previous race Ruby Walsh was injured after his horse rolled onto him, leaving him with a suspected broken leg.
That saw Paul Townend jump off Bleu Berry and onto Max Dynamite - but it backfired spectacularly.

2.10 RSA Insurance Novices' Chase
Presenting Percy was in a different league to the rest to win the RSA Novices' Chase.
Davy Russell eased the seven-year-old home at a canter as many of the heavily-backed tips flopped late on.

1.30 Ballymore Novices' hurdle
Samcro stormed home to justify its favourite tag.
Barely off the bridle from two out it cruised over the last to leave the bookies counting their losses.
