Fan loyalty is pushed to the limit with these ‘world’s worst’ football kits from AFC Bedale to England’s 1996 shirt
AFC Bedale's sausage-themed kit was voted the ugliest in Britain last season, and should win the title again — although it may not be the worst of all time...

FAN loyalty must have been pushed to its limit when these garish footie kits were released.
Amateur side AFC Bedale’s strip was rated the ugliest in Britain last season — and this week they held on to the dubious honour for next season’s effort, too.
Sponsored by local sausage maker Heck, in North Yorks, their 2018-19 strip features a giant hot dog on the front and sausage-style numbers.
But kitsch kits are not just a winner in Britain, in Spain they have featured frozen peas and “artistic” blood stains.
Getafe’s Burger King-sponsored top had a king “mask” underneath that was uncovered if players pulled it over their heads to celebrate a goal.
In Germany, 1860 Munich used scenes from the club’s history on their naff strip to mark their 150th year in 2010.
England’s David Seaman is up there too, looking like a sweet wrapper in 1996.
But which is worst? We’ll let you decide own goal of the season . . .
