MAURICIO POCHETTINO believes that Danny Rose and Toby Alderweireld will stay at Tottenham this season.
The England left-back has attracted interest from Paris-Saint Germain and the Belgian ace refused to renew his contract in North London.
The duo were both linked with moves away in the summer and the European transfer window is open until August 31.
But speaking out their future, Pochettino said: "I expect all the players [to stay] and I am working thinking they will all be here.
"I cannot work thinking is this player going to be here tomorrow and not just them but others.
"I am so focused on trying to take the best decisions. It is my first fifth year in charge at the club.
"[My job is] giving all them players the opportunity to play and not thinking about what happened in the past or in the future.
"Only if you are ready you can change the future.
"The most important thing is to be at your best."
It was reported earlier this week that Spurs would let Rose leave this month, but wanted to keep hold of Alderweireld.
The England international rejected the chance to German side Schalke on loan earlier this summer.
It is understood that Rose wanted to join PSG after the French champions indicated their interest.
But the move has failed to materialise for the 28-year-old, who has been shipped out on loan four times since joining Spurs in 2007.
Alderweireld, 29, looked set to leave the North London club after he refused to extend his current deal.
He was linked to Manchester United, but Jose Mourinho failed to file an official bid for the Belgian before the end of the transfer window.
