Spurs have lost three games on the bounce for the first time under Pochettino, putting him under immense pressure.
Bournemouth boss Howe is joint favourite with Hoffenheim’s Julian Nagelsmann at 10/1.
But the likes of Zinedine Zidane and Diego Simeone have been linked with a move to North London by the bookies.
Meanwhile Huddersfield’s tactician David Wagner is 16/1 to make the move within the Premier League.
