New Zealand rack of lamb complete with Chocolate Cherry Gastrique will set you back £23 while a full Woods Rack of Ribs served with coleslaw is £20.50. Fusillo Bolognese weighs in at £17.

Fish lovers can enjoy Fresh Atlantic Salmon served with artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus finished with an Agave vinaigrette dressing for £20.

Local Hog Snapper and all the trimmings costs £29 with Twin Tail Lobster for two people priced at £32.
