A man also hopped over the fence and aimed a punch at McGregor from behind.
Fans were left stunned as a mass brawl broke out beside the cage and the Irish star was escorted out of the arena by security.
The chaos came after Khabib had delivered a dominant performance, forcing the Dubliner to submit in the fourth round.
Pregnant Dee looked worried as she left the arena, clearly upset at what she had just seen.
McGregor arrived at the arena with Dee and 18-month-old son Conor Jr.
Dee stunned in a white dress with colourful flowers as McGregor made his UFC return.
