Jose Mourinho turns corner and will STAY at Man Utd, say bookies
Special One was favourite in the Premier League sack race for over a month before Fulham's boss Slavisa Jokanovic took his place
JOSE MOURINHO appears to be safe and will STAY at Manchester United, according to the bookies.
The Special One has been favourite in the Premier League sack race for a month but Fulham's Slavisa Jokanovic has leapfrogged him in the market.
Mourinho has been favourite in the Premier League sack race since losing to Derby in the Carabao Cup.
While Jokanovic now appears to be in big trouble at Craven Cottage and is 2/1 to be sacked first after Fulham suffered a 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth last weekend.
The Cottagers have won just one league game all season and have picked up just two points since September.
Mourinho is now second favourite at 3/1 as he appears to have alleviated himself of some pressure in the bookies' eyes.
Alex Apati of said: “Mourinho has headed the betting for some time now but four defeats on the spin puts Jokanovic in sackable territory.”
