ARSENAL are ready to offload outcast Mohamed Elneny in January.
Boss Unai Emery wants to pocket £15million for the Egyptian who has yet to play a league fixture this season.
Elneny, 26, has struggled to make an impact at Arsenal since his move from Basel two years ago and Leicester could be prepared to offer him an escape route.
He penned a new contract until 2022 earlier this year but the gaffer is continuing to put his own stamp on the side.
Elneny was linked with a switch to Marseille in the summer but a deal failed to materialise.
If Arsenal can flog Elneny, then they will use the funds to land Villarreal midfielder Pablo Fornals, as revealed by SunSport.

The 22-year-old has a £17.8million release clause in his contract which the Gunners are prepared to match.
Fornals scored a stunning goal of the season contender in September with a 40-yard volley against Athletic Bilbao.
And boss Emery wants to see the 22-year-old's ability in the Premier League.
The versatile midfielder has been capped twice by Spain and with his side struggling towards the foot of the table, a move to the Emirates could bolster his chances of regular football for the national side.
