Hollywood actor Ken Jeong, star of The Hangover, slams WWE icon John Cena
HOLLYWOOD movie star Ken Jeong has delivered a scathing shot at WWE legend John Cena as insists he “absolutely sucks”.
The 49-year-old, who shone as Leslie Chow in massive hit “The Hangover”, is a huge wrestling fan and even appeared for Vince McMahon’s promotion.
He was made the celebrity special guest host of WWE’s flagship show Monday Night Raw back in 2009.
Jeong has recently released a new stand-up comedy special on Netflix.
And he uses the performance to take a swipe at 16-time world champion Cena – after comparing his cancer surviving wife Tran to the icon.
He says: “She's Vietnamese John Cena But she doesn't do this [you can't see me gesture] f*****g bull***. Do you know what I mean?”
He then goes on to describe his segment with Cena on Raw, which resulted in huge Leader of the Cenation apparently going off-script and throwing the 5ft 4in silverscreen star over the top rope and almost causing him injury.
Jeong says: “John Cena lifts me up for a bodyslam, throws me over the top rope, and the five mother******* who were supposed to catch me didn't!
'VERY EMOTIONAL' WWE owner Vince McMahon reduced to tears after Brock Lesnar lost title
“He throws me over the top rope, I hit the concrete, my head hits the wooden plank.
“You can hear the sound of my head hitting the plank. I had to call Tran after Raw went off the air to assure her that I was okay.
“My whole point is John Cena absolutely sucks. He really does. I'm just saying.”
Cena was forced to miss last month’s Royal Rumble through injury and he is currently not scheduled to compete at WrestleMania 35 in April.
Rumours are mounting that he could be in line to face WWE Champion Daniel Bryan at the Showcase of the Immortals.
Cena, who is enjoying success in Hollywood in his own right, currently holds the joint-record with Ric Flair for the most world championship reigns.
