The star managed to break the orbital bone on her left eye in the bout with Priscila Cachoeira

She may have beaten Brazilian Priscila Cachoeira at London’s O2 Arena on Saturday – but had to finish it off using one eye.

McCann took a brutal blow to her left eye late in the third round and was forced to go under the knife on Sunday morning to prevent long-lasting damage.

But she remained in high spirits throughout.

And no wonder considering she became the first English woman to win a fight in the UFC.
