Inside Kevin Pietersen’s luxurious Wentworth home he shares with pop star wife Jessica Taylor and couple’s five-star safari lodge
ENGLAND cricket legend Kevin Pietersen is a man to envy.
The former outspoken batsman, who enjoyed a spell playing in the money-spinning Indian Premier League, has used his wealth to surround himself in life's luxuries.
He lives in a stunning home in the posh Wentworth Estate, where houses can cost as much as £25m, and has neighbours including Eddie Jordan, the Sultan of Brunei and golfer Ernie Els for company.
If that's not all, Pietersen, now 38, recently launched an incredible safari lodge overlooking the Kruger National Park in South Africa.
And he's married to the gorgeous Liberty X star Jessica Taylor, who he walked down the aisle with in 2007.
To top it off, the South African-born sportsman also has a fleet of cars to get jealous about, including a Ferrari, Lamborghini and Range Rover.
HIS DIGS
The Wentworth Estate is an exclusive residential haven that has over 700 homes built across 1,750 acres in Surrey.
A host of celebrities have lived there over the years, including Sir Elton John and Sir Bruce Forsyth, and the estate houses many Russian oligarchs too.
Not much is known about the scale of Pietersen's home inside the gated community, but he has shared some images on social media that have given us a clue.
There's an outside barbecue area with a pool, where Pietersen loves to cook and entertain his family.
The kitchen is modern, and is another spot where he loves to lark about with Mrs. Pietersen.
And there's a cinema room too, where he can snuggle up to the missus for a romantic night in, or put on a family movie.
As you would expect, the home also boasts lush gardens and plenty of space should he fancy having a quick knock with the bat.
Inside the grounds of the Wentworth Estate is the Wentworth Golf Club - where membership can cost as much as £125k for new members.
THE WIFE
In 2006, Pietersen met Jessica Taylor, now 39, who found fame with chart-toppers Liberty X.
Their whirlwind romance saw the loved-up pair walk down the aisle just a year later in a winter wonderland-themed wedding, where Pietersen's best mate Darren Gough acted as best man.
Taylor is still singing with Liberty X, who are playing the Feels Like Summer festival opposite Bananarama in July.
Over the years, she's also appeared on the celebrity edition of TV game show The Chase, on which she won £75,000 for charity.
Pietersen and Taylor have two children, Dylan, 9, and Rosie, who is 3.
But it all hasn't been plain-sailing for the pair, with Pietersen admitting that being ditched by England in 2014 saved his marriage.
“England did me a favour in sacking me in 2014 because it has helped me with my relationship with my kids no end. I didn’t want to be a lousy dad," he told us in 2017.
“Jess has been a rock to me but we’ve had tough times. People don’t understand the pressure that goes on between the four walls of home when it’s all going wrong, like it did for me on a daily basis for a year.
“We’ve put up with a hell of a lot while I was playing for England.
“That massive fallout I had with England raised my profile and assisted and enabled me to turn a bad thing into a good thing.
"People think, ‘cricket, cricket, cricket’. Well, stuff cricket. It means that what Jess and the kids have now is so special. I’ve got such a wonderful life. I wouldn’t want to be back on that England treadmill. It becomes monotonous.”
SAFARI, ANYONE?
Since quitting cricket, Pietersen has spent a considerable amount of time worrying about conservation in South Africa.
And that led him to a passion project that could certainly be a nice little earner for him and his family.
The Umganu Lodge is a safari lodge that he and Jessica launched last September that offers guests a once in a lifetime experience.
The getaway can be found on the beautiful banks of the Sabi River, and is the perfect place to see wild animals roaming around.
As well as the idyllic scenery, you can stay in some extremely comfortable and well-decorated rooms with high-ceilings.
Your room also comes with a panoramic viewing deck, so you won't miss any of the wildlife around you.
The lodge even provides guests with their own telescopes, so you can gaze at the stars when night falls.
How much for the privilege, you ask? A mere £300-per night.
FERRARIS, LAMBOS, RANGE ROVERS
Just like Premier League footballers, Pietersen has a penchant for fancy cars.
And over the years, he hasn't disappointed with his choice of motor - picking some of the most expensive as his rides.
We've seen him cruising around Melbourne in a Lamborghini Murcielago, worth around £200k.
In 2009, after a session in the nets in at National Cricket Performance Centre in Loughborough University, Pietersen was spied leaving in a Ferrari F430 that carries a price tag starting at £119,500.

He was also seen getting into a Range Rover Sport - that stars at £63,500.
But most recently, since Pietersen has developed a fondness for the environment, he's been doing his best to keep his carbon footprint down.
That's why he's been driving a Tesla Model S. The all-electric motor doesn't keep cheap though, and costs around £80k.
It's a tough life if you're Pietersen.
