Among the personal belongings of the man regarded as one of the most important athletes of all time are the gloves he wore for his 1970 fight against Oscar Bonavena.

They are valued at almost £65,000 after being used in his second bout back from suspension following his refusal to join the US Army in Vietnam.

Before his win over the Argentinian, Ali predicted his opponent would "be mine in nine".

The three-time world heavyweight champion eventually knocked Bonavena out in the 15th round.
