Tony Bellew ‘looking forward’ to reuniting with nemesis David Haye ahead of Joseph Parker’s bout with Dillian Whyte
Haye announced his retirement following his second defeat to the Liverpudlian
TONY BELLEW is relishing reuniting with David Haye when the pair share the commentary box on Saturday night.
The two rivals have faced each other twice in the ring with Bellew coming out on top on both occasions.
Haye even announced his retirement from the sport after his fifth round defeat against the Liverpudlian in May.
But while the pair are used to a war of words inside the ring, they will be providing their expert knowledge on the array of intriguing fights on offer at the O2.
And Bellew can't wait as he paid his respects to old foe Haye.
He told Sky Sports: "I am looking forward to it,
“He knows the amount of respect I have for him as a fighter and as an athlete. He has been the best in the game, he's fantastic at what he does and to be honest, he is very knowledgeable on boxing.
"He can break down fights stylistically. He knows styles, what works, what doesn't work and he has got a huge interest in the fight on Saturday night, because Joe Joyce is his charge.
"I'd like to think David will be as magnanimous as I am going to be, but we'll see. It's buried now, it's done, but you never know...
"We've played the game with each other over the last two years and as I say, I have always respected him and admired him as a fighter and someone who I looked up to.

"I always wanted to get to the level of David Haye, and eventually got there - and beat him twice."
Joseph Parker's clash with Dillian Whyte is the main event on Sky Sports box office.
But London plays host to other exciting fights including Katie Taylor taking on Kimberly Connor and Dereck Chisora facing Carlos Takam.
