Ben Stokes shouts ‘oh right in the d***’ which is caught on live TV mic after being hit during England’s Ashes clash with Australia

BEN STOKES was left catching his breath after being hit straight in the gonads by a rapid delivery.

The all-rounder was salvaging England's batting with 85 when he faced a series of fast deliveries from Josh Hazlewood.

With England plotting to declare, Joe Root told Stokes to crank up the run rate with a few overs left to play.

So after two big swings and two misses, Stokes wasn't holding back on the third delivery.

But instead of the ball hitting the centre of the bat, the 28-year-old took one straight in his cajones.

TV microphones instantly heard his reaction seconds after the brutal blow.

It didn't take long into Australia's innings when Marnus Labuschagne became the latest victim to a Jofra Archer bouncer.

Just a day after flooring Steve Smith, ruthless Archer unleashed another wicked delivery that clocked the stand-in batter straight in the helmet.

Lord's fell silent but Labuschagne got bravely back to his feet after being checked by medics and continued.
