LUKAS PODOLSKI will open his sixth kebab takeaway in the new year and cement his place as the kebab king of Germany.
The ex-Arsenal striker has carved out a tasty off-field career since joining Japanese club Vissel Kobe in 2017.
And German international Podolski has just announced plans to expand his chain with a new branch in Bonn.
The 34-year-old already runs five Mangal Doner eateries, including four in home city Cologne.
He also owns an ice-cream parlour, a pub and a clothes shop.
Podolski ended a three-year Gunners spell in 2015.
He scored 31 goals in 82 games, and helped Arsene Wenger's side lift the 2014 FA Cup.
Podolski said: "The plans for a sixth kebab shop are well underway.
"We plan to open in Bonn next February or March.
"Our ice cream parlour in Bonn is already doing well.
"We want to offer our kebab concept to other cities.
"Bonn is a great place with great people, who want to enjoy delicious doner kebabs."
Podolski has been busy on and off the pitch since leaving the Gunners in 2015.
