According to , the club are set to reward the 23-year-old for his remarkable spell of form.

He made just six league appearances last season, but has enjoyed a breakthrough season following the departure of Harry Maguire.

The Turkey international has played every minute of Premier League football for Brendan Rodgers' side this term.

His current deal - which he signed when he joined from Freiburg last year - expires in 2023.
