ERLING HAALAND'S dad posted a snap of the striker at the airport to rubbish claims he was flying to Manchester.
SunSport exclusively revealed that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are confident of completing a £76million deal for the 19-year-old.
Fans went wild after it was reported that the Red Bull Salzburg star was spotted at Sola Airport in Norway.
But former Manchester City man Alf-Inge cleared up any speculation with a cryptic social media post.
He shared a snap of his son staring at a departures board with his passport and boarding pass in his hand.
In the caption, the 47-year-old called out the journalist that broke the original story.
He wrote: "Come on @StigNilssen Have another guess."
Solskjaer also played down reports that the 19-year-old was on way to discuss a deal at Old Trafford.
He said: "I don't think he is en route here, to be fair. Not through me, anyway.

United appear to be winning the race for Haaland's signature despite interest from some of Europe's biggest clubs.
Haaland, who worked with Solskjaer at Molde, has allegedly told Solskjaer he wants to join the Red Devils.
The two-cap Norway international has bagged 28 goals in 22 games in all competitions this season.
