Arsenal close in on £5million transfer for Pape Gueye from Le Havre as midfielder’s Instagram post hints at move
ARSENAL are closing in on a £5million move for Le Havre midfielder Pape Gueye, according to reports.
The midfielder is available on the cheap given his contract expires in 2021 and the 21-year-old also dropped a subtle hint on Instagram.
Gueye commented on a picture of fellow Frenchman Guendouzi training and alongside the tornado emoji wrote: "Guendouzzzz!"
Le Havre currently play in France's Ligue 2 but their star midfielder has been likened to French internationals N'Golo Kante and Paul Pogba.

And according to French 0utlet , the North Londoners are on the verge of finalising the deal.
But the Gunners could face competition from Sevilla, Udinese and Fiorentina who are also said to be interested in the highly-rated youngster.
Arsenal fans could see another midfielder join their ranks this summer after reports emerged suggesting they are lining up a move for their former star Aaron Ramsey.
The Welshman joined Serie A champions Juventus on a free transfer last summer after 11 years at the Emirates.
But after penning a contract until 2023 worth around £400,000-a-week, the former Cardiff City ace has struggled for opportunities to impress Maurizio Sarri.
And SunSport revealed earlier today Ramsey has cost Juve a staggering £6.4m-a-goal and more than £650,000-per-appearance.
