TOTTENHAM goalkeeper Joe Hart wowed fans with his amazing new physique.
The former England No1, 33, has had a tough go of things since the 2015-16 season.
After being Manchester City's undisputed No1 for so long, winning two Premier League titles along the way, he has since struggled to recapture his top form.
Hart endured tricky loan spells at Torino and West Ham before joining Burnley permanently.
He then became a free agent before being snapped up by Jose Mourinho at Spurs.
Just prior to completing that transfer, Hart shared a series of remarkable gym pictures to his Instagram followers - and he's giving Cristiano Ronaldo a run for his money.
The former Three Lions star captioned the post: "All I can do at this moment is push the guy in the mirror...
“You dream. You plan. You reach.
"There will be obstacles. There will be doubters. There will be mistakes.
"But with hard work, with belief, with confidence and trust in yourself and those around you, there are no limits."
The phenomenal pictures were taken by Sharon Latham - Man City's former club photographer.
Latham left the club at the same time as Hart embarked on his first loan spell away from the Etihad.
And Hart was quick to thank her for the snaps, adding: "Shout out to @selfieguideshaz for the amazing imagery."
Hart had been at Burnley since the start of the 2018-19 season, but managed just 19 Premier League games - and none in 2019-20.
He was forced out of the team thanks to the sensational form of Nick Pope.

And Sean Dyche and Co failed to offer Hart a new contract when his current deal expired this summer.
A move to the MLS looked to be on the cards, with David Beckham's Inter Miami rumoured to be interested.
But now Hart is getting used to life in North London with Spurs.
