Liverpool pre-season fixtures: Where you can watch Klopp’s side in action this summer
Jurgen Klopp will be keen to have a successful first pre-season as aims for strong start to new campaign
Liverpool will travel to North America to take on Chelsea, AC Milan and AS Roma as the need for high profile friendlies to hit the new Premier League season running is essential.
However pre-season starts slightly low key in what is a busy pre-season for the club with a trip to Tranmere Rovers on July 8, although they will field a very young side as the game comes to soon for the players that were at the Euros.
Liverpool continue taking in trips around the north of the country as they face pre-season trips to Fleetwood Town, Wigan Athletic and Huddersfield Town.
Klopp's side then tackle top level opposition thick and fast as Antonio Conte's Chelsea are first up in California on July 28 in the International Champions Cup.
