Bella Vista won the title after beating Tiro 3-2 this weekend, but the situation turned from celebratory to violent quickly

THERE were horrific scenes at the end of Bella Vista's 3-2 home win over Tiro Federal in Argentina this weekend.

Tiro players clashed with Bella Vista fans on the pitch as a huge brawl broke out after the lower league match which clinched the title for Bella Vista – as their fans decided to attack the Tiro players rather than celebrate their success.

In one shocking piece of footage captured on film, one Tiro player boots a supporter in the head as the players fought back against the rival fans.

The Tiro players were forced to escape the scene through a hole in the wire fence surrounding the pitch which was cut for them by their fans.

The victory for Bella Vista clinched them the league title in front of their home support, before the chaos began.
