ERLING HAALAND reportedly 'expects' to complete a blockbuster move to Chelsea this summer - but his agent Mino Raiola is said to want a 'get-out clause' placed in his contract with the Blues.
SunSport understands the Borussia Dortmund hitman is one of a number of strikers last season's Champions League winners are interested in signing this summer.
Earlier this month, it was reported the west Londoners had agreed personal terms with the Norwegian.
But according to transfer guru Ian McGarry, the deal is being held up because Chelsea are reluctant to give into Raiola's contract demands.
: "His agent, Mino Raiola, is keen to insert a get-out clause into Haaland's contract in order that he move - his next move that is after he moves from Dortmund is smooth and is also concrete with regards to the payment and also the structure.
"And of course in Mino's case, the commission.
"Chelsea are not particularly keen on any get-out clause for any of their players.
"This is something that is obviously common in Spain, in La Liga, and also in Serie A and sometimes in the Bundesliga as well.

"Because, of course, Haaland is coming from Borussia Dortmund and expects to be joining Chelsea before the new season begins.
"This is something that has to be ironed out between Raiola and Chelsea if this deal is going to be signed in terms of both Dortmund and the player himself."
Dortmund are eager to retain the services of their star striker, who bagged a staggering 41 goals in 41 appearances last season.
But it's understood the Bundesliga outfit are contemplating cashing in on the 20-year-old due to the financial impact of the coronvairus pandemic.
Raiola told AS last month: “What we know as of today is that Dortmund spoke extremely solemnly to us and said: 'We are not selling him'. That's the situation, definitely.
“That's what they've said. Now let's see if that desire is still there through to the 1st of September.

“Today, the official stance of Dortmund is this. But I've got another view, I think that if a good opportunity comes up and everyone would be happy, we'll put it on the table.”
He added: “Haaland is interested in two things: Scoring goals, because he’s a little bit like Cristiano [Ronaldo] or Zlatan [Ibrahimovic]… it’s his obsession, in a positive way. And winning titles.
“No doubt he’ll pick somewhere where he feels those two things go together best for him."
Haaland has taken the footy world by storm since joining Dortmund from RB Salzburg in January 2020.
