Christian Eriksen takes a stroll with girlfriend and daughter as he enjoys some family time after hospital release

CHRISTIAN ERIKSEN took to the streets of Copenhagen with his family on Sunday as he continues his recovery from last month's cardiac arrest.

The Denmark and Inter Milan star, 29, has rarely been seen since his release from hospital, but was spotted in a snap with a young fan on a beach earlier this month.

And yesterday Eriksen was seen enjoying himself with girlfriend Sabrina Kvist Jensen and their daughter as he gets back to normality.

Eriksen took on his fatherly duties as he pushed a pram along the Copenhagen streets while his partner carried their daughter.

Eriksen has been out of the public eye since being taken to hospital during Denmark's Euro 2020 match against Finland in June.

The midfielder suffered a cardiac arrest and was shielded by team-mates before the team doctor and medics resuscitated him on the pitch.

Eriksen was taken to hospital and after regaining consciousness urged his team-mates to finish the game, which they ended up losing 1-0.

Denmark then played in his honour for the remainder of the tournament, and reached the semi-final before losing to England.

While hospitalised Eriksen was fitted with an ICD, a device that both monitors his heart and is capable of acting as a defibrillator.

His future remains unclear but the Italian FA has ruled that Eriksen will not be allowed to play in Italy with an ICD fitted.
