England fans sell out ticket allocation for Sam Allardyce’s first game despite awful Euro 2016 performance

Despite the truly awful Euro 2016 campaign, Three Lions fans didn't take long to sell out their allocation for the first game of the Sam Allardyce era.
More than 1,700 fans will flock to Slovakia in early September to see what Allardyce has to offer the national team after he took over from Roy Hodgson.
England's full allocation for the 2018 World Cup qualifier against Slovakia, on 4 September, in Trnava has been taken up.
However, there may be rather more trouble filling future fixtures.
Allardyce's first home game is a pretty dull sounding affair against Malta.
Getting 1,700 to travel to Slovakia will be much easier than convincing 90,000 to watch Malta at Wembley Stadium.
The FA has also had to extend registration for the third game of the campaign in Slovenia, with the fact that the match is on a Tuesday night likely to put potential travellers off.
Allardyce, who was pictured at a McDonald's drive through on Sunday, has hardly been out in public since taking the job.
Burnley goalkeeper Tom Heaton, England's No 3, revealed that Allardyce had sent an email to the squad.
He said: "It was just a brief email to say hello."
"It sure he’s got a lot on, so that literally arrived yesterday morning which was fantastic.
"There’s nothing really at this stage you can do about it."
Former Manchester United and England captain Rio Ferdinand has also revealed he would like to be involved in the England set up.
