PAUL POGBA has admitted that even he got impatient over the amount of time it took to complete his transfer to Manchester United.
The world record signing - who has moved from Italian champions Juventus to United - reckons the deal took a lot of thinking and hard work and he could not say anything "by law."
He told supporters on his official Instagram account in a series of posts: "To all supporters who wrote on my pages about transfer rumours, I have read you all and thank you for the passionate messages.
"My apologies for not responding before, by law I could not talk.
"The transfer took so long because it was a huge decision and involved lots of thinking and hard work.
"The wait was annoying to me as it was to you.
