Raphael Varane’s Manchester United shirt number ‘revealed’ as fans awaiting announcement spot vacant jersey online
MANCHESTER UNITED fans appear to have revealed incoming defender Raphael Varane's shirt number.
The Real Madrid centre-back is expected to finalise his move to Old Trafford and be announced on Friday.
And some Man Utd supporters on Reddit have spotted that the third kit's No19 shirt, which was worn by Amad Diallo last season, has been taken off the club shop website.
This has led many to speculate that Varane is set to wear No19 for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.
One Red Devils fan pointed out: "Varane was #19 in his first season at Real Madrid."
And Amad Diallo has been linked with a move out on loan this summer, which would free up the No19 jersey for Varane.
United are expected to complete the signing of the French World Cup winner imminently.
Speaking last week before he came out of isolation, Solskjaer gave an update on the situation.

Varane would be Man Utd's second high-profile signing of the summer following the acquisition of ex-Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.
