GRANIT XHAKA made his Arsenal debut against Liverpool.
But although the 23-year-old Swiss international played for just 24 minutes it was long enough for the midfielder to lead the Premier League foul table after the opening weekend.
Arsene Wenger sent Xhaka on from the bench in Sunday’s 4-3 home defeat to the Reds and the £30million buy from Borussia Moenchengladbach immediately gave notice that he may have to clean up his game.
He committed a foul every six minutes during his cameo, attempting six tackles in 24 minutes with a success rate of 0 per cent.
Elsewhere, Xhaka's stats didn't make for good reading.

Early days, but he failed to score, created no chances and had no assists.
He also completed no passes for a pass accuracy of 0 per cent. He was also rated at 0 per cent for forward passes.
All in all Xhaka's performance led to him - and Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger - getting a barrage abuse on social media.
Oh...and the tenacious midfielder also picked up a yellow card.
Somehow one supposes it won’t be his last of 2016/17 season.
