CHELSEA are ready to make a last-gasp £25million bid for Giorgio Chiellini.

The Juventus centre-back, 32, famously bitten by Luis Suarez, is top of Antonio Conte’s wishlist.

Conte worked with him in Turin and with Italy.

Stamford Bridge officials have also been in talks with Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly.

The Italian coach wants to bolster his backline and ease the workload on John Terry and Gary Cahill.

So far Juve have stood firm after losing Paul Pogba to Manchester United in a world-record £89m move.
