ARSENAL and Tottenham have received a boost in their pursuit of Andrea Belotti after Torino boss Ivan Juric announced he will not sign a new deal.
The 27-year-old is in the final year of his contract in Turin and is free to talk to foreign clubs in January.
Belotti was offered a contract extension in the summer, with club president Urbano Cairo stating it is 'very big for our financial capabilities'.
However the striker appears to have turned down the proposal as he sets his sights on a move away in 2022.
But boss Juric has declared that he will not be sold in the New Year, leaving Belotti to walk away for nothing next summer.
Speaking in his post-match press conference ahead of Tuesday night's clash against AC Milan, he said: "Belotti won’t sign the contract extension."
Juric added: "He won’t leave in January, he’ll see himself here till the end of the season.
"It’s useless to speculate, nothing will happen.

"I hope he will have a great season, then we will look each other in the eyes and he will choose his future.
"There will be no approaches, I hope he will have a good year and then we’ll see.”
Meanwhile Cairo stated earlier this month: "He [Belotti] hasn’t signed and he probably doesn’t want to sign.
"I made an offer that went beyond my capabilities, but I can’t force him to do anything. I don’t think he wants to sign."
The Gunners were linked with a move for Belotti in the recent transfer window as a possible replacement for Alexandre Lacazette if the Frenchman departed North London.
And Spurs are said to have had a loan offer with an option to permanently sign him for £46.3million rejected by Torino in 2020.
Belotti, who has scored 106 goals for Torino since joining from Palermo in 2015, has just one strike to his name this term from five outings.
