REAL MADRID star Gareth Bale has returned to training and may be available for selection for the first time in over two months.
Bale in August shortly after a league game against Real Betis at the Benito Villamarin and had been sidelined ever since.
Real Madrid confirmed Bale took part in training on Thursday and could make the squad for Saturday's clash with Rayo Vallecano at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The 32-year-old wasn't able to complete the session but is expected to go all the way on Friday during Los Blancos' last practice before the weekend's fixture.
A club statement read: “Gareth completed part of the session with the group.”
The timing is perfect for manager Carlo Ancelotti as he lost Rodrygo to a hamstring injury.
This also works as a major injury boost for Wales caretaker manager Rob Page ahead of the upcoming international break.
The Dragons are set for two crucial World Cup qualifiers against Belarus and Belgium at home on November 13 and 16 respectively.

In fact, next week's game will mark Bale's 100th cap if he is passed fit.
And the Welshman could get some game time to prepare for his national team with Eden Hazard and Marco Asensio having fallen out of favour.
Bale played in all three of Real's first matches in LaLiga and even scored a goal against Levante before his injury.
Page will also be boosted after midfield ace Ramsey returned to training with Juventus.
The 30-year-old has played just six minutes since the qualifiers against Czech Republic and Estonia last month.
Ramsey has not even made the squad for the Italians in their last two matches against Verona and then Zenit St Petersburg with muscle fatigue cited as the reason.
Despite a lack of game time, Page named Ramsey in his squad earlier this week.
And Juve revealed the ex-Arsenal midfielder completed a training session with the Serie A giants on Thursday and could be in contention to figure against Fiorentina on Saturday.
A club update read: "Aaron Ramsey participated in the whole session with the group."
Ramsey, whose career has been plagued by fitness problems, has only made seven appearances this season but two of those came in a Wales shirt.
In the absence of Bale last month, 69-cap ace Ramsey was captain in the 2-2 draw with the Czechs in which he scored as well as the 1-0 victory in Estonia.
