Morata was sold by Real to Juventus back in 2014, but after two stunning seasons in Serie A, Zinedine Zidane exercised the club's buy-back option.

Morata rejoined Real Madrid in a £25m deal, turning down many offers from elsewhere around Europe.

The Spain international told : "It was hard for me to be at Euro 2016 and have five or six phone calls every day from different places.

"I was focused enough, and professional enough, to deal with the situation."

Morata has played in the European Super Cup and both of Real Madrid's La Liga matches so far this season.
