JUVENTUS are keeping close tabs on Manchester United’s unsettled strikers Edinson Cavani and Anthony Martial.

The duo have both found their opportunities limited this season following the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo.

And the Italian giants are looking to strengthen their squad after dropping well off the pace in their domestic title race.

With money tight, reports in Italy suggest they are looking to recruit players who have fallen out of favour with their clubs.

So both Martial, 26, and 34-year-old Cavani would fit the bill as they have slipped down the pecking order at United.

Martial’s agent has made it clear he wants to leave in January – and the player held talks with interim boss Ralf Rangnick earlier this week.

Newcastle have shown an interest but the French international is keen on a switch to Seville – who want to take him on loan for the remainder of the season.

Cavani was persuaded to postpone his return to South America to sign an extra 12 months at United by former boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

However the Uruguayan has started only two matches all season – with six more appearances off the bench – and has just one goal.

Barcelona have been credited with an interest but a move to Italy could appeal for the former Napoli striker.

Ronaldo, Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford have started the two Prem matches under Rangnick so far – with Mason Greenwood coming off the bench.

That has left Cavani and Martial wondering what sort of future they have at United.
