DAVID DE GEA might be one of the best goalkeepers around, but that doesn’t mean he has a good taste in music.

Fellow Spaniard Ander Herrera claims his Manchester United teammate is like a ‘grandad’ when it comes to picking the tunes.

And De Gea’s singing is so bad that Herrera actively avoids sharing a room with him on away days.

The pair are close buddies at Old Trafford, which boasts a strong Spanish-speaking contingent.

But that hasn’t stopped Herrera from laying into De Gea’s musical tastes, which apparently border on disastrous.

The goalkeeper is said to favour ‘very old music’ from Spain, and Herrera admits he no longer tolerates it when the team are forced to bunk together.
