Chelsea transfer news: Blues reveal list of clubs they won’t do business with
Bristol City CEO says club will only let their players move to certain sides as Robins land Tammy Abraham on loan
CHELSEA have compiled a list of clubs they refuse to do business with.
The Blues have recruited some of the best young talent from around the world, and despite winning the FA Youth cup for the last three seasons, Chelsea have a staggering 38 players out on loan who are nowhere near the first team.
And when it comes to farming the youngsters out to gain first team experience, the Blues will only allow them to join certain clubs in the Football League.
The Robins were in talks with the Blues about a loan deal for young striker Tammy Abraham and the Premier League side revealed a list of clubs they will not work with when it came to loaning out young players to gain first team experience.
Chelsea's youth policy has been heavily criticised with owner Roman Abramovich invested millions in a new state of the art training complex in Cobham, Surrey.

Abraham, 18 has impressed on loan at City scoring five goals in six game for the Robins in the Championship, however club CEO Mark Ashton revealed how difficult it is to deal with a the Premier League big boys when it come to loaning kids and there are certain clubs Chelsea flatly refuse to work with.
Ashton revealed: “At the end of last season, Lee [Johnson] went to Chelsea’s training ground and presented to Michael Emenalo, while I went to Stanford Bridge and met Roman Abramovich’s board of directors. They had tried these arrangements with English clubs before and, in their words, they hadn’t worked. They gave me a list of clubs they would not do business with.
"I asked them to give us Tammy for the season and then judge us on what we do, not what we say. I told them we would show them what we could do and then build a long-term relationship.
“We then did the deal with Chelsea and sorted all of the finances, which were far from straightforward. Then we had to wait for Mr Conte.”
Current skipper John Terry who made his debut in 1998 is the last player to come through the academy system at Chelsea and became a regular starter for the club.
