Terry was hurt at the end of the 2-2 draw at Swansea and left the Liberty Stadium on crutches.

But the Chelsea hero was told to wait for the swelling to go down before heading for today’s appointment.

And he posted a brief video on his Instagram page showing him getting treatment on  the injury.

But the clock is ticking ahead of Friday night’s Stamford Bridge visit of Jurgen Klopp’s in-form side.

The Reds will arrive in high spirits after sweeping aside  champions Leicester 4-1 on  Saturday. David Luiz — who returned to Chelsea from Paris Saint-Germain on deadline day — is on stand-by for a second debut.

Chelsea paid £32million to re-sign the Brazilian, who was sold for £50m in 2014.

That was when Jose Mourinho was in charge of the Blues — with the Special One deciding Luiz, 29, was too much of a liability at the back.

However, current boss Antonio Conte views Luiz as a central defender — not a  midfielder.

And the Italian  is believed to be working hard behind the scenes to curb the talented  Brazilian’s occasional defensive lapses.
