Paul Pogba ‘open to PSG transfer’ with Man Utd star out of contract in the summer, claims France legend Nicolas Anelka
PAUL POGBA would welcome a move to Paris to play for PSG, Nicolas Anelka reckons.
French midfielder Pogba, 28, will become a free agent this summer when his Manchester United contract expires.
And the former Arsenal and Chelsea striker claims that a Paris homecoming is 'more than credible'.
Anelka spoke to in France about the potential of PSG preparing a lucrative package.
The 42-year-old said: "If Pogba wants to come to Paris? I discussed that six months ago with him and he would not be against coming to PSG.
"If he comes, we will forget all his injuries and we will see that he is a top player.
"I think PSG would be great for him. Some say it wouldn't be good for Paris, as he is supposedly often injured.
"But I think his injuries are due to his life in Manchester, because he is not well psychologically.

Newcastle are said to be interested as they have plenty of cash from the huge Saudi takeover.
Real Madrid, Juventus and Barcelona are the other clubs in the running but PSG remain favourites to sign the midfielder.
