Arsene Wenger: I don’t know why Alexis Sanchez took penalty against Hull… it should have been Santi Cazorla and I want answers
Chilean had his spot kick saved but Gunners boss says he shouldn't have taken it in the first place
ARSENE WENGER will ask Alexis Sanchez why he took a penalty against Hull - and not designated spot-kick taker Santi Cazorla.
The Arsenal boss admitted he had no idea why the Chilean took charge, only to have his effort saved by Hull keeper Eldin Jakupovic.
Sanchez did bag a double in the 4-1 hammering of ten-man City - but Cazorla has scored his past two kicks from the spot.
Now Wenger is determined to get answers.
He said: "It was Santi Cazorla to take it, I don't know why it didn't happen.
"Did Santi not want to take it, or did Sanchez take the ball? We have a pecking order, but on the pitch they have to want to take it.
"But he was not planned, Sanchez.
