He is eager to play a part against the Bundesliga side tonight as the Light Blues bid to reach the Europa League final.

And now, in a big boost ahead of the game, Ramsey has been seen training alongside his Rangers team-mates.

In a video shared on the Ibrox club's social media this evening, the team can be seen making their final preparations.

Players such as Steven Davis, Scott Arfield and Ryan Jack can be seen making their way out to the training pitch.

While Joe Aribo is also shown going through his exercises.

However, it is the sighting of Ramsey warming up behind Calvin Bassey and Leon Balogun that will have Rangers fans excited.

They will be keen to see the midfielder back in action at Ibrox tomorrow night, even if it is just off the bench.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst will certainly hope he can include Ramsey in his matchday squad for the must-win clash with Leipzig.

Meanwhile, Domenico Tedesco has admitted the German side need another goal if they stand any chance of getting to the final.

The Leipzig boss said: "We're leading 1-0 - that's the starting position.

"Still, we need goals in Glasgow because we expect Rangers to push hard and make life difficult for us.

"Scoring goals is always a good recipe. We put in a good performance in the first leg despite Rangers being so deep.

"It's usually a bit different away from home, Rangers will give us more space and if we have more space we can be very dangerous."

However, Konrad Laimer remains confident of progress at Ibrox.

The Austrian midfielder said: "Tomorrow the stadium will be hot. And we will be hot too.

"We are more than on fire and full of anticipation for games like this, we became footballers for games like this.
